As always, the playlist is packed with the best soul & progressive hip hop in the world - guaranteed to put a smile on your face as you celebrate the weekend! Our health update seeks to bust the myth that late night snacking is directly related to weight gain. I have good news for the "late night snackers"! This week's special guest is the embodiment of the independent soul movement (IMO). On top of being a terrific songwriter, producer an performer - he has a tremendous spirit that shines even after the music is done playing. ERIC ROBERSON talks about his new album - Music Fan First- and gives us a glimpse of his journey as an indie artist, businessman, husband and child of God. You will be encouraged by his words and candor...which goes along great with one of the most eclectic playlists you'll find on the 'net :P Celebrate this milestone with me...and get ready for more. Love this! Thx Fav!! I love ERRO and his whole vibe! I’ve seen him Live in Chicago twice now and can’t wait for him to return. =) I saw Dwele recently… and don’t get me wrong, I love me some Dwele, but… I would pay double to see ERRO perform again over many other artists. He ALWAYS brings it and never disappoints!

I’ve seen all of the unsigned artists he spoke of in Chicago – and they are all phenominal! It’s great of him to give them a shout-out and acknowledge their gifts.

I know I’m late posting on this interview… but I started listening just a few months ago and am getting caught up on Fridays past! I’m so glad to have found the Friday FavCast — look forward to it each week.

It’s all good. I appreciate your checking out the throwbacks, especially the Eric Roberson interview because that episode was the culmination of a dream.

Thanks for riding with the FFC…
