The Friday Favecast

In this edition we revisit a very special favecast where I was blessed enough to press through a period in my life where I was completely overwhelmed. It serves as a reminder that the hurt and disrespect from others doesn't have to define your mood or reaction. Respect yourself and others regardless - then watch good things happen. Through the power of prayer and the expressions of my musical heroes...I'm still here and I hope this edition delivers a healthy dose of musical therapy from my playlist to your ears. Our health update reveals Five (5) Ways to Protect Your Heart and we all could step up our heart security. I pray you find something to resonate within your headspace - whether it's encouraging, venting or escaping into the rhythm.
