Best Albums Round Table (BART) 2008

BART 2008 engages five (5) podcasters in a discussion on some of the year’s best albums from the realm of urban genres (i.e., soul, jazz, hip hop). Its purpose is to explore extraordinary music flying below the radar of “mainstream” entertainment. We hope this celebration of great artists will enlighten you on artists who are on the verge, in the midst and maintaining musical excellence in 2008 and beyond. Enjoy :)

A special thanks to Todd Kelley aka The Big La (for creating the vision of this discussion) and Infinite Ink of Soulrific (for launching one of the best new podcasts this year). You are truly missed on this conversation.

    Fave,
First of all, glad to see you back (even though I’m late).
Second, good podcast. Really enjoyed listening to the roundtable. Glad I had these albums already and even found out some things about each of them that I didn’t already know. I enjoyed this one so much that I dug in your archives and listened to the 2007 BART.

    Keep up the good work.
