In this edition, we’re celebrating the 51st Annual Grammy Awards by showcasing a collection of nominees from the R&B / Soul / Urban genres. Through the power and passion of social media, the FFC was chosen to be a part of the Grammy Nominees Podcast Premiere along with my brothers in podcasting.
We’re doing some serious preservation of sexy with this stellar playlist ranging from soul icons like Al Green and Linda Jones to rising stars like Maiysha and Raheem DeVaughn. All of the selected artists are very deserving to be a part of music’s biggest night. And sexy preservation wouldn’t be complete on the FFC without a new health tip to keep you on point while you’re watching the ceremony next weekend.
Please be sure to watch the 51st Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 8th @ 8pm CST/9pm EST on CBS. Click here a complete list of nominees in all categories.

Sadly, Here I Stand is the only standout on Usher’s latest album.
Loved the podcast bro. This is really cool that someone from the Grammy committee reached out to you to produce a podcast of this magnitude. They put this good hands with you, Macedonia, The Big La, and Fresh. This was truly an honor to be recognized by them.
I have not but music like this in a very long time so to hear what the “other” side is doing sometimes a blessing. Thanx for taking the time out of your schedule to produce this dude.
Be Blessed{you and yours}

Bruh,
You put your foot in this! The flow is off the hook…but then again. No difference week to week! Good show. Thx for the Raphael Saadiq track. I might have to cop his latest.
First time here, definitely won’t be the last!
Just finished listening to the podcast. Besides the outstanding privilege to do such a podcast and the usual, excellent production can I just comment on how GREAT the sound was? You got some kind of trump card that you’re not sharing! Anyways, another great one…
