This podcast is hot, hot, HOT!!! Music is on point, the health tip was cool and JayQ segment as always is on point with his answer. Maybe in a week or two I may tackle this issue on Tiger and how I feel women may not like what I write but then again, oh well.

congratulations on your third-year Faveniversary – well deserved, brother. this one made me laugh when i needed to laugh and gave me some takeaway points i must take heed to. #1 on that list: “validation is for parking.” that one smacked me upside the head, i’ll have you know (lol). definitely needed to hear that. along with “pray and then DO something.”
